I contacted Mark in March, about needing to sell my house I owned with my ex husband, after the sudden
passing of my him. The house was in an awful state, and beyond anything that I could afford to fix. Spoke to
Mark and he put me at ease explaining that it didn’t matter what state of disprepair it was in, he would be
able to help me out.
The fact the Mark pays for everything, and that I had nothing to pay out of my own pocket, is what
interested me most. With the sudden need to sell a house and with no money to be able to do that on my own,

I could not recommend this company highly enough.
From start to finish the sale was all dealt with on my behalf so the transaction was virtually stress free. I was offered a fair price for the property which was
in a terrible state, and Mark was very open and honest about how he came to the valuation he did.
There was a hiccup with my lease as the freeholder was uncooperative and generally did everything possible to be
difficult, this was by no means the fault of Mark, but unfortunately delayed the process.
Mark and Nikki were in contact with me each step of the way to keep me updated. Once that issue was overcome it only took 2

To say I was pleased to be rid of my problem property would be an understatement. I am

I need to leave this review because I can not find it in me to ignore such a fantastic company.
Mark and his team have gone beyond excellent these past two months. My wife was diagnosed with stomach
cancer at the end of March.
I approached Mark King for a quick sale as we decided to leave our dreams while we had time left.
Mark offered us a great price and we accepted, he told us it was good for a month as usual.
My wife died two weeks later, I explained this to Mark and he unexpectedly told me to take my time to deal
