I contacted Mark in March, about needing to sell my house I owned with my ex husband, after the sudden passing of my him. The house was in an awful state, and beyond anything that I could afford to fix. Spoke to Mark and he put me at ease explaining that it didn’t matter what state of disprepair it was in, he would be able to help me out.

The fact the Mark pays for everything, and that I had nothing to pay out of my own pocket, is what interested me most. With the sudden need to sell a house and with no money to be able to do that on my own, going to mark is the best choice I could have made. He gave a fair price for my house, and I didn’t have to to a thing, except exchange a few emails with the solicitors assigned to my case, sign a few documents and eventually hand over the key.

From start to finish the sale was all dealt with on my behalf so the transaction was virtually stress free. I was offered a fair price for the property which was in a terrible state, and Mark was very open and honest about how he came to the valuation he did.

There was a hiccup with my lease as the freeholder was uncooperative and generally did everything possible to be difficult, this was by no means the fault of Mark, but unfortunately delayed the process.

I need to leave this review because I can not find it in me to ignore such a fantastic company. Mark and his team have gone beyond excellent these past two months. My wife was diagnosed with stomach cancer at the end of March.
