I contacted Mark in March, about needing to sell my house I owned with my ex husband, after the sudden passing of my him. The house was in an awful state, and beyond anything that I could afford to fix. From start to finish the sale was all dealt with on my behalf so the transaction was virtually stress free. I was offered a fair price for the property which was in a terrible state, and Mark was very open and honest about how he came to the valuation he did.

There was a hiccup with my lease as the freeholder was uncooperative and generally did everything possible to be difficult, this was by no means the fault of Mark, but unfortunately delayed the process.

I need to leave this review because I can not find it in me to ignore such a fantastic company. Mark and his team have gone beyond excellent these past two months. My wife was diagnosed with stomach cancer at the end of March.
